When our son Dave told his best friend in Summerville SC in 1982 that we were moving to New York, the friend replied "I couldn't live in a place without trees!"
October 11, 2008, Bev and I took a hike with our great friends Jim and Ellen Wright up Mt. Hadley, near our camp on the Great Sacandaga Lake. The photos show that New York is far from treeless!
